It's called KING K and Pope has subtitled it "Supermeks on parade", so I presumed it's a THB design, rightly or wrongly. Anyone know for sure?

Yeah, you're right Mark. According to Pulphope, it's a KING K study for a clothing line called 2089. Don't know where I've pulled this Transformer idea from. I've got them on the brain! It's a splendid image.
