I picked up a lot of early Howard the Duck comics many years ago, really loved those. Shame about Steve Gerber !! :(

Wellll...I'll agree with you about the "makes me angry" part...though maybe not for the same reasons you mean.

The best memorial post I've seen came from Don McGregor, posted on his Myspace page as well as at Gerber's own blog.
