Batman to kark it in '08?

When this image first came out, I remember pondering, "Hmm, I think every character there has been killed off at least once before, except Batman". Look at the character's body language, distant, observing. Plus, not so long ago in TEEN TITANS, Geoff Johns did some foreshadowing in alternate futures with Tim Drake in the batsuit, as has Grant Morrison with Batman's son Damian in the job (in the very mental BATMAN #666). So when Rich Johnston runs a story somewhat seconding my hunches, I think... hmm... there might be something in this, after all.
